If the PRC and the RF were smart, they would have released this statement in 2007 during the surge in Iraq, when the U.S. and Allies and Partners were ultimately distracted. As of this writing, the U.S. and Allies and Partners want to re-brand away from Iraq and Afghanistan, and the PRC and the RF are providing the perfect rallying cry. Apparently the PRC and the RF don’t know their adversaries as well as they think they do.
