On December, 14, 2015 I sent an e-mail to John Little of Blogs of War. In it, I made a few predictions as to what the situation would be like for the violent extremist organization the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant as of July 31, 2016. Here is a screen capture of what I sent.
As I re-read what I wrote then I see that I got some things right, some things wrong, and some of my predictions I think will still happen albeit on a much slower timeline than I anticipated. Time will tell.
